CSS

Add the contents of hub_css_v1.css to Common.css as a new block. Reuses existing wiki variables: --bg-card, --border-light, --text-main, --text-muted. Also reuses existing classes: tier-badge, ac-date, ac-prize, logo-lightmode, logo-darkmode.
